2. Will my participation interfere with other events in which I am already entered such as the Irene Ryan’s?
- No. When you check-in at Festival you will have an opportunity to inform the PA/TI check-in staff of any prior commitments you have during the audition day. Performers will be needed for just one hour on audition day. The check-in staff will work with you to assign an audition hour that does not conflict with your other commitments at the Festival.
- Technical interviewees will have an opportunity at check in on Sunday to sign-up for interview appointments with those companies that provide us with a sign-up sheet. Other companies will conduct walk-in interviews.
- If you are involved in a load-in, rehearsal, or performance of a festival invited production on Tuesday, the PA/TI staff will work with you and your director to place you in a session that does not interfere with your production obligations.
3. When and how can I enter this event?

- No problem. If unforeseen circumstances arise before or after you arrive at the Festival and you need to withdraw you can either email Patricia at [email protected] or inform the PA/TI staff in person at the Sunday night check-in desk.
6. What do I need to have with me at the Sunday PA/TI check-in?
- First and foremost, you need to have your Festival badge displayed where the check-in staff can see it clearly. Only Festival registrants are eligible for this event.
