Fellowship Process
1. Production Documentation and Display
Each Stage Manager will have approximately 24" x 24" of table space to display the prompt book. A few notes on display presentations
Using the available space, the Stage Manager’s display should include, but is not limited to:
A. Production Prompt Book (s): This must be the prompt book(s) used in the production. It should not be beautified or improved after closing night. It should include blocking and cue calling notation. It is not necessary to remove the school's name on all documents, just the cover sheet.
*If the production is an official Invited Festival Production, a photocopy of the Stage Manager’s prompt book may be substituted for the original along with an explanatory sign.
B. Production Photos/Video: 1-3 photographs or short (30 sec.) video to provide context of the production values and scope. The visual material could document difficult transitions, full-stage shots, etc. Please note that the video sound must be either muted or listened with headphones (provided by Stage Manager).
C. Examples of Paperwork: These should include, but not be limited to Rehearsal and Performance Notes, Schedules (rehearsal and tech), and Pre/Post Show Checklists, or Forms.
*Please note that paperwork should NOT include cast/crew personal contact or other sensitive information. Such information should be expunged.*
In addition to presenting documents used during the production, these documents should aim to present unique stage management techniques, notations, or forms to provide less experienced stage managers and others with the opportunity to examine and learn from others. These documents may benefit from additional captions or explanation as part of the display.

- The Display should ONLY include your production prompt book. If you wish to display additional materials, such as production photos, those should be included in your prompt book. Do NOT assemble elaborate displays of your work.
- Please do not plan on attaching any materials to the table or walls behind the tables with fasteners that will mark or deface these surfaces.
- if you are presenting your prompt book digitally, we do not provide extension cords, etc. Please plan accordingly. If a presentation requires power, please notify the Stage Management coordinator in advance. Region 5 cannot guarantee the security of display materials.
