Region 5 is pleased to present the STAGE CREW SHOWDOWN again this year for Festival 52! Preliminary and Final rounds will take place on Monday January 20.
All members of each team must participate in both preliminary rounds.
Irene Ryan participants and partners who wish to participate on Stage Crew Showdown teams are responsible for contacting the Irene Ryan Coordinator, Emily Cherry, at [email protected] to arrange for a morning Ryan screening session.

Winners will be announced at the festival recognition ceremonies later in the week, culminating with the official passing of the “Golden Wrench” and “Golden Megaphone” trophies.

TEAM MAKEUP/PARTICIPATION
Teams must include four participants and all four must be bona fide students (graduate or undergraduate). Each team must designate a team captain and a faculty/staff sponsor/coach. There is space for 15 teams. The first team to register from each school will be accepted initially for the event. Second or even third teams from a school may register and will be added to a waiting list. If spots remain open after the registration period closes, or if cancellations occur, teams on the waiting list will be offered the open slots.
