    Musical Theatre Intensive Entry Form

You MAY APPLY (and possibly audition) for both singing and dancing, but CAN NOT PARTICIPATE in both. If applying for both, you MUST complete both application forms.
I checked "MTI-BOTH."  If I had to chose ONE, my preference would be:

    SINGERS-Please complete this section.

--All students auditioning for the Musical Theatre Intensive as singers must complete this portion of the application.  Group auditions are acceptable, but all members of the group must complete an application individually including faculty approval.
--All applications must be accompanied by the selected music. Groups and duets can submit one copy of the music.
--Please indicate on the application who is submitting the music.

    INFORMATION FOR UPLOADING MUSIC
All music must be clearly marked ("START" "END") and performance ready WHEN YOU ATTACH IT HERE

    Max file size: 20MB

    DANCERS-Please complete this section
Please list your prior dance training (include various styles and number of years in each):
Please list your experience in college/university or professional dance productions (include show title, role, location, & year)
    Faculty Mentor Approval:
Each student must receive approval from a theatre faculty mentor to audition for the Musical Theatre Intensive.  Approval signifies that the person(s) auditioning are enrolled students (see Irene Ryan rules for enrollment status) and that they are prepared and will be ready to audition in January.  All auditions are to be memorized and sung with an accompanist.  If it becomes clear that a student(s) is not prepared for January, please contact the MTI coordinator and the student(s) will be removed from auditioning.
BEFORE AND AFTER "SUBMIT":  Please make sure that all required fields are complete and accurate (* indicates required field.)  Once you have clicked "Submit Entry":  Please wait about 1-2 minutes--If nothing happens, check to see if you have gotten a "Please fix highlighted fields" message just below the button (and fix.)   When complete your next stop should be the "Success Entry" Page!
Submit
CONFIRMATIONS: You and your mentor should each receive an email confirmation for your submission.  If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk mail account. If you still have not received confirmation after 48 hours, contact the event coordinator.
Please remember, in order to participate in this event you must register for the festival
