KCACTF Region 5 Ticketed Events Policy
FESTIVAL ATTENDEES ONLY
Because a number of our venues have limited seating capacities and to enable registrants to plan their day more effectively, efficiently, and enjoyably without having to wait in long lines, Region 5 has implemented a ticketing system for certain festival events. Ticketed events are clearly marked on the Festival Schedule. EVENTS WILL ONLY BE VISIBLE (at EVENTBRITE front page) WHEN TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO RESERVE, DURING THE TIMES LISTED, AS FOLLOWS: Tickets to Invited Shows will be available beginning at 11:00 pm the day prior to the performance. Tickets will go off-sale 15 minutes prior to start time, or when the event has reached capacity. For each event, festival registrants may reserve ONE ticket through Eventbrite at the designated times. (Registrants may obtain one ticket to multiple events each day, providing that the performance times do not overlap.) Registrants will have the option to receive a digital copy of their ticket or a PDF file to print, which must be presented at the door along with the registrant’s festival badge. A festival badge is REQUIRED for attendance at ANY festival performance or event. Additionally, the name on the registrant’s festival badge must match the name on an event ticket, no exceptions. Once doors close for performances, there will be NO late seating. Festival events are not for sale to the general public. Events are open only to registrants of The Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival 49. FESTIVAL 50 REGION 5 ENTERED PRODUCTIONS
