HOTELS
Festival Hotel Information
Due to a higher-than-anticipated demand, all of the downtown hotels have reached capacity.  You may still be added to the waiting list at any hotel, however we have contracted with a few additional hotels that are all within a few miles of downtown. As there will be no shuttle service provided by the festival, please be advised that travel to festival events may require paying for parking downtown. These added hotels are listed below and have "added" before the name.  Below, please see maps of all hotels and venues (pdf) and entire festival community (*1-Map* [Google.])  All hotels offer free parking, but bus and trailer parking is limited, so please notify the hotel when booking.  There is very little available parking in downtown Sioux Falls during the weekday and no shuttle service will be provided.  All of these hotels are accepting schools on a waiting list.  If you re having trouble finding accommodations please contact Jim Wood, Regional Chair at jimwood@kcactf.org.

PARKING
All hotels have free parking, but larger vehicles may require alternate arrangements.  If you have parking needs for larger vehicles, please mention when making your reservation.  There will be no shuttle service provided for hotels not in the designated festival hotels.

In order to assist those who may not have been able to secure lodging close to festival events we have obtained parking close to the Washington Pavilion.  The City of Sioux Falls has agreed to designate 25 spaces in the city lot at 121 W. 12th St. (the corner of S. Main Avenue and 12th Street) for use by KCACTF during the festival week.  Spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis and are $40 per vehicle for the week and you can come and go as needed.  Those purchasing parking will need to check in at festival registration to receive a tag that must be displayed in the vehicle while in the lot.  Due to the limited number of spaces, there will be no refunds or returns once a space is purchased.
