For EACH play submitted, playwrights should submit TWO DOCUMENTS as email attachments: 

1)  this cover sheet completed with all appropriate information and

2)  the script in PDF format, which should have a TITLE PAGE but no author or school identification. (DOC, DOCX, hard copy, or any formats other than .pdf WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

SUBMIT THE COVER SHEET AND SCRIPT TO THE REGION V NPP (NATIONAL PLAYWRITING PROGRAM) CHAIR Richard Herman at rherman@ucmo.edu AND TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE (ghenry@kennedy-center.org). 

For the David Mark Cohen Award: Submit the cover sheet and script to Richard Herman rherman@ucmo.edu only.  Do not submit the David Mark Cohen entries to the National Office—except for full length plays that are part of the Ken Ludwig award entry.
